Usage & billing

Common questions

What counts as a usage unit?

Usage units measure billable work in Provon Cloud: ingested telemetry data events, automated finding analyses, and knowledge analyses each consume one unit.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Cloud plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the Workbench billing settings.

What happens if I exceed my included usage?

Pro and Max plans include overage pricing billed in increments of 10,000 units. The Free plan does not support overages.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Annual billing is available on request for Pro and Max plans. Contact [email protected] for details.

Not sure which plan fits?

Start on the Free plan and upgrade once you know your volume.
